1Who we are

2Our services
We provide personal styling services including wardrobe edits, personal shopping, full image consulting and grooming guidance. Services may be delivered in person or remotely. Exact scope, sessions and deliverables are agreed in writing before we begin.
3Bookings & payment
- A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, as stated in your quote.
- Prices, packages and inclusions are those quoted to you and may change for future bookings.
- Where we shop on your behalf, the cost of purchased items is separate from our fee and is your responsibility.
4Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel with at least [48 hours] notice for a full credit or refund of the service fee. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. Deposits may be non-refundable as set out in your quote.
5Your responsibilities
To get the best result, you agree to provide accurate information about your measurements, budget, preferences and goals, and to be reachable for scheduled sessions. Styling advice is personal and subjective; final decisions about purchases and appearance are always yours.
6Purchases & third parties
Items are bought from third-party retailers and brands subject to their own terms, sizing, returns and warranties. We are not the seller of those goods and are not responsible for their quality, availability or delivery.
7Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and the Fatastyle name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Style guides and materials we prepare for you are for your personal use only.
8No guarantees
We bring professional care and experience, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, reactions from others, or that particular items will remain available. Our services are advisory in nature.
9Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
